Return Window
We accept return requests within:
- 7 days of delivery for electronic devices and printer hardware.
- 14 days for unopened accessories and consumables (like cartridges).
- 24 hours for digital services or subscriptions (if applicable and not activated).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact our support team at support@printtrix.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll verify your request and provide return instructions or a return label (where applicable).
- Pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–7 business days after approval.
- If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days, please contact your bank or credit card provider.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), we’ll cover return shipping.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect purchase, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Fraud Prevention & Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of:
