Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only, including:
- All 50 U.S. states
- Washington, D.C.
- APO/FPO military addresses
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50
- For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
- Expedited or overnight delivery costs are based on carrier rates and urgency.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can:
- Track directly via the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Or log into your PrintTrix account to view order status
Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- If your order is delayed, please wait up to 48 hours beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting support.
- For missing or damaged packages, email us at support@printtrix.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
- We will investigate with the shipping carrier and either re-ship or refund the order, depending on the outcome.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes for large or heavy items.
- Hazardous materials (like certain ink types) may have restricted shipping options due to carrier regulations.
